1. MANEX spol. s r.o. company is engaged in the field of projections, technical solutions, production and distribution of automated lines. The information stated below is of a general informative nature and relates to the processing of personal data, if any.
2. The operator, i.e. the person processing personal data and operating the www.manex.sk website, is MANEX spol. s r.o. Krátka 1109/21, Čaňa 044 14, ID No.: 31 684 777, statutory representative: Ing. Peter Jenčík - Managing Director, company registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice I, Section: Sro, Insert No.: 4162/V. Email contact: robert.jencik@manex.sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
3. The Operator's designated responsible person who will deal with any submission regarding the protection of personal data is the law firm Steiner & Associates s.r.o., based at Plávková 2, 040 11 Košice - Lorinčík, IČO: 36 864 081, contact: office@steinerassoc.eu.
4. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to process them for the purposes defined in specific sections of this document or in specific internal regulations. In the case of filling in the contact form on the company's website, the purpose of data processing is to process the answer to the question asked or to contact the person concerned, if they have requested it. Other purposes defined in specific documents are, for example, in the information on the processing of personal data by monitoring the premises of the operator with a camera system (see the table below in this document), or in the publication of work contacts and photographs of employees of the company on the website (in the internal directive of the operator and their consents), etc.
5. The reason (legal basis) for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the operator, the law (e.g. Section 78(3) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data), or the consent of the data subject specifically granted. In the case of using the contact form on the company's website, the legal basis is the consent of the person filling in the contact form.
6. The personal data that are processed are the data provided by the data subject in the contact form on the company's website (name, last name, email, telephone). In addition, for other processing operations, it is mainly the personal data provided on the website of the operator (work contacts of employees), audio-visual recordings from CCTV cameras of persons located on the premises of the operator and other information specified in documents addressed to a specific group of data subjects.
7. The operator is entitled to disclose personal data to a third party (recipient). The third party is an external company providing technical and information services and maintenance of camera records, a cloud service provider, subcontractors of the operator who prepare the response to the contact form (especially in economic and technical issues).
8. Personal data shall be processed and stored for the necessary period of time in accordance with the purpose of their use. The specific duration of their processing depends on the circumstances of the case (e.g. the processing of an employee's photo on the website will be until the employee's consent is withdrawn or the employment relationship is terminated or the job position is changed, when using a contact form, for a maximum of 6 months after the response has been processed).
9. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU.
10. Pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data as well as EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), the data subject has the following rights:
    
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (if processed on the basis of given consent)
    • the right of access to personal data
    • the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
    • the right to erasure of personal data
    • the right to restrict the processing of personal data
    • the right to object to the processing of personal data
    • the right to the portability of personal data

11. The operator does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling.
