The conveyor systems supplied by MANEX are made up of conveyor routes consisting of partial conveyor modules.

In terms of production type, MANEX focuses mainly on the food, paper, wood, construction, chemical and automotive industries.

The conveyor system may be the only automated part within the entire production, but in most cases it is only a subsystem of the entire automated line or robotic system.

Although the overall conveyor system is made up of standard and "special" conveyor modules, due to the large number of different types of products transported and the specific performance and layout requirements, each conveyor system as a whole is a unique project.

Handling

Automated handling systems

MANEX implements automated handling systems for the handling of piece products, group packs or whole pallets already packed.

In terms of the task performed, these are palletizing/depalletizing workplaces, stackers and destackers of products, loaders and unloaders, or workplaces with a specific method of handling.

MANEX implements applications ranging from the simplest manipulation consisting of a single movement to complicated multiple actions and complex traversed trajectories.

In terms of the type of goods - most often cartons, PET bottles and packages, barrels, various formats of boards, pallets, bags, rolls and coils, etc.

Multi-axis linear handlers

These include single-axle, dual-axle and tri-axle gantry modules and linear technologies with payloads up to several tonnes. These devices consist of modular components allowing high loads and dynamics while maintaining positioning accuracy and quiet operation. Multi-axis linear handlers are proposed within the projects.

Single-purpose machinery and equipment

For the use of specific types of handling activities, where the use of industrial robots or linear manipulators is not suitable from a technical or economic point of view, these activities are solved with the help of single-purpose machines and equipment. These devices are subject to design development based on specified requirements, and can sometimes be unique prototype devices. However, for their repeated use it is often a proven design solution or a specific type series that needs to be adapted to the specifics of the product.

Packaging and fixing

MANEX carries out a large number of automated packaging workplaces as part of its projects, which are either part of a larger unit such as a complete filling or production line, or it may be just the supply of autonomous packaging equipment.

Filling

MANEX supplies filling lines and technological equipment for the food industry, especially for wineries, producers of spirits and liqueurs, breweries, producers of mineral and table waters, dairies, etc.
